Custom Orders

  • All custom artwork is made to order
  • Custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item
  • We ship all items with tracking and insurance — if damage or loss occurs, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim

  • Frame: Matte black lightweight fiberboard
  • Available sizes:
  1. A3 (30 × 40 cm / 11.75 × 15.75 inches)
  2. A4 (21 × 30 cm / 8.27 × 11.81 inches)
  3. Deep Square (25 × 25 cm / 9.84 × 9.84 inches, 6 cm deep)
  • Frame depth (A3 & A4): 32 mm (1.26 inches)
  • Map layers: Laser-cut from premium 3 mm thick basswood plywood
  • Artwork is resized to fit perfectly within the selected frame size
  • Hanging: Fitted with a rear metal sawtooth hanger for easy wall mounting using a picture hook or screw

  • Keep away from direct sunlight or prolonged humidity
  • Dust gently with a dry cloth — avoid water, sprays, or chemical cleaners
  • Handle with care to protect the layered wooden structure and frame finish
