Cycling to Hakone, Stopping by Sagami River to View Mt Fuji
One of the highlights of cycling in Kanagawa is catching a clear view of Mount Fuji on the horizon.
On this ride towards Hakone, I stopped to enjoy a wonderful view across the Sagami River, with Mount Fuji rising in the distance.
Days this clear aren't particularly common when you live in the city, so it's worth getting up early during the winter months to catch one. The crisp air and clear skies make those early starts worthwhile.
