Processing Time

Each piece is handmade or made to order with care.

Please refer to the individual product listing for the current production time before placing your order.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using Japan Post EMS Express International.

United States Orders

All map orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), where applicable.

Any applicable U.S. import duties and tariffs are included in the shipping cost shown at checkout, so there should be no unexpected customs charges or tariff payments upon delivery.

Other International Destinations

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees or other local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Unless these charges are collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

This includes products such as:

These items are manufactured and shipped by our trusted print partner.

If your order contains both handmade products and print-on-demand products, they will usually arrive in separate shipments.

This includes:

Delivery

  • Delivered electronically within minutes of successful payment.
  • No physical product will be shipped.
  • No shipping charges apply.

Licence

All digital downloads are supplied for personal use only.

Redistribution, resale or commercial use is not permitted.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be offered once files have been downloaded. If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, please get in touch—we're always happy to help.
