A compact version of the Tokyo map, designed as a clean and tactile piece of layered artwork.

Created using the same original map design as our larger pieces, this edition has been carefully refined to highlight major roads and expressways for clarity at a smaller scale.

Layered Construction

The map is constructed from professional illustration board, built in three distinct layers:

Top layer: Major roads and expressways in slate grey
Middle layer: Land in soft ivory white with a subtle textured finish
Base layer: Water in a light blue tone

The board features a gently rippled surface, typical of traditional watercolour paper, adding a natural, tactile quality while maintaining crisp laser-cut detail.
