- Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
- All international orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS Express International with full tracking.

All custom artwork is made to order.
Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

Whether it's your first sprint event, an IRONMAN 70.3, a full-distance IRONMAN, or any custom race anywhere in the world, each map is individually designed using your event's official course or your own GPS activity data.
Unlike marathon and cycling maps, triathlon courses combine three disciplines. To preserve detail at every scale, each artwork features a dedicated inset map of the swim course alongside the main bike and run routes, allowing every part of your achievement to be clearly displayed.
