This model captures the iconic view from Kamakurakokomae Station, where fans gather to recreate one of anime’s most recognizable scenes. The Enoden Line train, with its classic green-and-yellow livery, passes through the railroad crossing right beside the ocean — exactly as seen in the opening theme of Slam Dunk. In that opening animation, protagonist Hanamichi Sakuragi stands at this very crossing, waiting for the tram to pass — a visual snapshot of youth, summer, and nostalgia by the sea.
Kamakurakokomae Station is located along the Enoden Line, which runs from Kamakura to Enoshima. Just a few stops from Enoshima, it offers stunning coastal views faithfully recreated in the anime, and is now a top photo spot for anime fans and tourists alike.
