Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

- Enter your personalization details, including whether you would like the wooden medal.
- Place your order.
- I will send you a digital preview showing your personalized text for approval.
- Once approved, your map will be individually crafted in my workshop in Japan.
Your personalized text will be confirmed with you before production. Changes to names, finishing times and messages can be made during the approval stage.
