All custom artwork is made to order.
Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

Pre-race orders are welcome. You do not need to know your finish time at the time of ordering — this can be sent after the event. Nothing is engraved or made until you approve the final visual mock-up.
