Custom Orders

All custom artwork is made to order.

Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

The event name also appears as a separate cut wooden layer on the map, with the event date engraved below. The start and finish are highlighted using a wooden pin engraved with a flag.
