Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

With up to 10,000 feet of elevation gain, the Horribly Hilly Hundreds is renowned for its relentless climbs through the rolling terrain surrounding Blue Mound State Park, Wisconsin. Nearly 1,000 riders participate each year in this iconic ride.
About the event
The Horribly Hilly Hundreds is the flagship annual fundraiser for the Friends of Blue Mound State Park. This all-volunteer organisation works to enhance and preserve the park’s natural resources, while supporting projects and activities that improve the visitor experience.
By riding the HHH, cyclists directly support the conservation and continued enjoyment of one of Wisconsin’s most distinctive natural landscapes.
