All custom artwork is made to order.
Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

Each map is made to order and includes a laser-cut wooden medal, engraved with:
- Runner’s name
- Finish time
- Bib number
- Event name
The event name also appears as a separate cut wooden layer on the map, with the event date engraved below. The start and finish are marked using a wooden pin engraved with a flag.
An optional personal message or dedication can also be engraved. Popular examples include:
