All custom artwork is made to order.
Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

No Route File Needed
You do not need to provide a GPX or Strava activity for this map. The Boston Marathon course is already mapped. Simply provide the runner’s details and race year when ordering.
Personalisation & Engraving
Each map includes a laser-cut wooden finisher medal, personalised with the runner’s details, such as:
- Runner’s name
- Finish time
- Bib number
- Race year and date
- Other race details
The event name appears as a separate cut wooden layer on the map, with the event date engraved below.
An optional personal message or dedication can also be included.
Meaningful locations within the map area, such as a home, hotel or special landmark, can also be marked with a wooden location pin on request.
