Best Buddies Challenge New York Cycling Route Map

Best Buddies Challenge Cycling Route Map

Celebrate an unforgettable Best Buddies Challenge ride with a personalised wooden route map, handcrafted in layered wood by Mr. Tim in Japan.

Whether it marks a fundraising achievement, a challenging 100-mile ride, or simply an unforgettable day on the bike, each map transforms the route into a lasting piece of personalised cycling art.

See Your Map Before It Is Made

After you order, I will create a digital mock-up for your approval before production begins. You can check the route, personalisation, ride statistics and layout and request changes if needed.

If you would like to see how your map could look before ordering, you can also request a free digital mock-up with no obligation to buy.

Your Route

Your map can be created using the published event route or your own recorded ride.

You do not need a GPX file to order. If the event and route can be identified from published information, I can usually source the route for you.

If you would like the map to reflect your exact ride, you can provide a Strava activity, Garmin activity, GPX file or route screenshot.

Each Map Can Include

• Your cycling route cut as a separate orange wooden layer
• Blue water layers representing rivers, lakes and other water features
• Engraved roads, parks and geographical details
• Grey road layers showing major roads
• An elevation profile where suitable
• Wooden flag pins marking the start and finish
• Rider name and event details
• Distance, elevation gain, riding time and other statistics
• An optional personal message or dedication

Features vary depending on the route, location and scale of the finished artwork. Small geographical features that are too delicate to cut can be engraved directly into the wood.
