Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

This map presents Berlin first as a beautifully layered city map, with the marathon route woven naturally through its streets.
