  • Choosing the Right Frame Size

    When selecting your 3D map, it's important to choose a size that fits your space and ensures the details are visible and impactful. Here's a guide based on common display locations:

    Home Office or Near Your Desk
    • Recommended Size: 30 × 40 cm
    • Perfect for close-up viewing and appreciating fine detail while seated or working.

  • Dining Room, Meeting Room, or Lounge Area
    • Recommended Size: 40 × 50 cm or 50 × 70 cm
    • Works well as a background piece, conversation starter, or personal achievement display.

    Conference Room, Lobby, or Store Wall
    • Recommended Size: 50 × 70 cm
    • Makes a bold visual statement and draws attention in larger spaces.

    Pain Caves or Training Rooms
    • Recommended Size: Depends on available wall space
    • Choose a size that complements your setup without overwhelming the space — larger sizes offer better visibility during training sessions.

    • 30 × 40 cm (11.8″ × 15.7″) – Compact and versatile. A great option for smaller spaces and gifts, with good balance of route detail and presence.
    • 40 × 50 cm (15.7″ × 19.7″) – Our recommended size. Provides the best combination of detail, clarity, and impact — ideal for most routes and display locations.
    • 50 × 70 cm (19.7″ × 27.6″) – The largest format we offer. Maximises detail and creates a striking centerpiece for any room.

    All frames are shipped worldwide in custom-made, double-layered cardboard boxes with tracking and insurance included.

    Frames are available in black or white by default, select sizes in red.

    • 30×40 cm (11.8″ × 15.7″) or 40×50 cm (15.7″ × 19.7″) — 30×40 cm is an excellent option, but 40×50 cm and larger provide greater route detail.

    Race Day Display

    • 40×50 cm (15.7″ × 19.7″) or 50×70 cm (19.7″ × 27.6″) — impressive impact and excellent detail for showcasing event achievements.

    Training Room / Pain Cave

    • 40×50 cm (15.7″ × 19.7″) or 50×70 cm (19.7″ × 27.6″) — ideal for creating a bold focal point and inspiring rides.

    Long Scenic Routes

    • 40×50 cm (15.7″ × 19.7″) or larger — ensures wide areas and elevation changes are captured with clarity and detail.

  • About the Level of Detail

    The amount of detail shown in your map depends on the route’s length and the area it covers:

    • Shorter or compact routes allow for more intricate features (e.g., switchbacks, water details, road layering)
    • Longer routes may be scaled down for clarity, showing larger shapes and terrain contours

    We carefully adjust each design to match your route’s characteristics, ensuring the best possible representation.

  • Crafted from Natural Wood – Individually Made

    Every map is made from natural wood and handcrafted in Japan.
    You can expect variations in wood grain, texture, and finish — no two pieces are exactly the same.
    We continually refine our process, including:

Frame Sizes for Crafts & Art

  • Our non-cycling framed pieces currently come in two standard sizes:

    • 25 × 25 cm (9.8″ × 9.8″, 6 cm deep) – Used for our Japan scenery crafts. The extra depth allows for multiple display options:
    • Desk standing – Stable on any flat surface.
    • Angled display – Use the included angled stand for a more dynamic presentation.
    • Wall mounted – Built-in mounting point for hanging.

  • 30 × 40 cm (11.8″ × 15.7″) – Used for our Great Wave framed art and other wall-hanging designs.

    • Sawtooth mount on the back – arrives ready to hang.
    • Large enough to make an impact while still fitting on most walls.
    • Ideal for hallways, living rooms, or offices.

Packing & Shipping

  • Each frame is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap to protect the frame edges and artwork surface during transit. This cushioning prevents scratches, dents, or damage from movement in the box.

    Frames are then shipped in custom-made cardboard boxes. These boxes are double-layered, making them extremely strong and ideal for overseas shipping.

    All frames are shipped with tracking so you can follow your order from our studio to your door.

    We take the same care in packing your order as we do in creating it — ensuring it arrives safely, ready to display.
